Outer wing is held on with screws and bolts. inner wing & headlamp panel will need cutting out and replacement ones welding back in. Best bet would be to cut them out of a donor disco and transplant them into your's . Rad grill is a easy swap, just a few screws to undo.

as another car was involved I've had to go thro the insurance company and there repairerer has quoted £2800 - how the f*** have they got to that figure I'll never know - I got it to about £300 all in. Cause now I've got to wait for their decision - I reckon it'll be a cat D, so hopefully I should come away with a few quid after I've brought it back and fixed it.
I've only 1 question though, what impact does cat D make to your insurance premium?

Shouldn't affect it if you're not to blame though the vehicle will always be worth a bit less even if fixed to the highest standard. Does your insurance company allow you to buy back the salvage after settling. Some do & others don't, preferring to dispose through their salvage contacts/auctions, so don't start buying bits yet.
