I'm after a cheap off road bike, these are very cheap.

Not bothered about the lack of spare availability etc. It's not for road use for me.

Any thoughts? The pay up front thing wont happen for a start, but could be worth a punt for £400?

Looks ok to me, but like you say , I sure as hell would not put cash up
front. Would I be right in thinking that duty, vat, and any other tax's
would need to be paid on top of the 400 quid to get it out of customs. And
then again if it were going to be used on road as well it would need to be
registered with DVLA and maybe even need a test as if it were a kit bike.

My thoughts are that for a slight extra handful of beertokens you
could get an ex-military Harley...

hope the manufacture is better than the spelling.

Hell, you got me tempted there - I wonder what SWMBO would say when
she gets back in from a night shift and one of those turns up
at the door ? Well - I've been banned from having a road bike,
but she did say I could buy a bike for track days!

Yeah, i dont acxtually know what i meant by green laning, what i acually meant was going off road at the
local dirt bike place!!! It's a private quarry & tons of folk go. Why i puit green laning i'll never
know!
