Orientation of cam bearing oil wholes

Good morning,

Can anyone confirm that the cam bearing oil wholes should be at the '4 o'clock' position - assuming the block is upright and the view point is from the timing side?

I am currently re-building my 200 tdi and found the bearings to be in said position but had also been installed badly. The cam and bearings have most certainly been out before and incorrectly installed.

yes the lower holes ,the top holes is where the drill started to cut the lower holes through to oil gallery
