Open Gate First!!!

just thought i'd give you all a laugh. went out on the kdx 250 yesterday to ride some green lanes and local private land that belongs to a mate. Have to use the bike as the freelander is only is any good for getting the bread in afterall. whilst riding along one of the private access tracks to the farm the other lad i was with took it upon himself to try to splash me with muddy water at any available puddle, at which point i decided to open her up a bit and leave the prat behind me. what i didn,t bank on as i got to the top of the next brow was the locked gate directly in front of me that with the combination of the brow and the low sun dazzling me slightly was now less than 6 yards in front of me with me doing around 30mph on loose surface i think you can all figure out the end result!!! YES I LEARN'T TO FLY!! I ought to just mention that we've used this track for years and the gates have never been locked before even the land owner can't come up with a reasonable explanation as to why they were locked he just decide to shut them on friday night. I've attached a pic of the gate for you all to have a laugh at and remember OPEN THE GATE FIRST!!!!

work colegue oops spelling... just broke his coller bone off roading hwere I normally go in my freebie, said he needed to be on four wheels ya know its a lot safer

deffo worth checking the lay of the land fust - just in case someone has strung up barbed wire or dug a ditch.

next time im goin in the hippo coz in still in pain and stiff lol
