Morning all,
Had a play before I go to work. yesterday had fob opening and starting engine but not locking. Couldn't open tailgate. Tried banging it and the top opened but you could hear the actuators making a meal of it. Bottom wouldn't,t open. Locked cat with tailgate open using the key. Tried opening with plipper- no good and engine again disabled. Tried shutting tailgate- one side would but the other took me 5 mins of pushing to get it to latch. As soon as I closed the tailgate I locked the car using the key and the plipper again worked unlocking.
I'm suspecting a problem with the wiring/actuators in the boot-will dismantle at weekend.
Also boot light not working.
Checked fuses ok.
