From that first post I can gather the following:

I have a few extras on the vehicle
did an online quote not declaring anything and it was really cheap
took the quote
insurance asked for pictures to prove how the vehicle is at the present
ho-ho.. they are going to notice the 10" lift and the 38 tyres
better cancel
i reckon thats bang on the money

The way i see this, is there may or may not be an issue or number of issues that require some discussion between the two parties.
Thats fine, per-se.

The OP feels wronged, I believe he's tried to resolve it by phone or some means.. which has not resulted in HIS satisfaction, rightly or wrongly.

A Gent from the company concerned has offered to revisit the case.. again, it may well be that this shouldn't have to get to that point, but stick with the case in hand... the man's offered to assist, .. he's seen the moan, and what else would it be reasonable to expect him to do ? ....

So Mr OP - the offer is there from the company to see what can be done to reach an accord.
We'll have to assume you have taken up the offer of opening up some dialogue......

If the outcome is you getting told to go **** up a rope, then please come back and convey that... if the outcome is that you are shown by the company to be in the wrong.. come back and convey that...
and if the outcome is that you find, after the discussion that A/F were extremely helpful, reached a highly satisfactory outcome for you ( preferrably on both sides ..)... then you need to come back and convey that information also.

Otherwise, you just sound like a whinging prick.

But please - do convey the outcome and the circumstances of its arrival as a satisfactory conclusion or otherwise.
