On my Landy search

Hey guys,

So I am currently searching for a Landy to buy and on my way I have found a great 90 (2013).
It looked like a bit of a cheep price but I thought I'd contact the seller and find out more.....
I'm not new at buying vehicles so I was weary of scams but I thought I'd check just incase the seller didn't know what he had (had a good result before).
Well the seller said he had recently moved from Stone Henge area to Scotland.... Hmm... A couple of emails after that he said I could buy it through Shiply and pay the money etc etc......... Made me laugh.
He didn't like the idea of a friend in Scotland who could look at it for me.

Thought I'd share my little story. Made me laugh.

Good advice. If it is too good to be true, it usually is and is likely a sign of a scam.

Might be worth sharing a link to the ad so others are aware.

I will have to find the post again.
Since reporting the advert it doesn't appear in my search.
As soon as I find it I will post it up.
Shame as it was just the 90 I was looking for!

The 90 doesn't exist or at least the scammer hasn't ever been anywhere near it.

Yup more than likely! That's why I will always view or get someone I know to view the car before anything!
Never buy car you can't see.

Plenty of these landy crooks about these days.
