So she's up and running yesterday with no problems, but this morning noticed she had dropped down. After running engine with pump going she went back up again, so now trying to find leak. Have sprayed with soapy water and found slight bubbling around exhaust valve filter/silencer with engine running but when off I hear a click then hiss and loads of bubbling from exhaust valve filter/silencer. Is this normal ?

Diaphragm failed in the valve block. Fix it quick before it shags the compressor. SymliseP38 sell them on Ebay, not expensive.

When you switch off don't forget the car will
Self level itself that means what corner/s it had to let some air out this will be exiting out of the exhaust filter and every now and again when engine is running and compressor stops

Not with the door open and only for a few seconds after the door is shut.

Yes true he hadn't said that doors were open but it will drop over night well mine does but the ground is uneven where i park but not to bump stops just lower than it was when I left it

so she was up and running yesterday no problem, but end of the day came up with a soft fault again off rh sensor which reset with software this morning and that sorted it again.
Now also noticed she had dropped down this morning so have gone round spraying with soapy water looking for leak. All I found was slight bubbling around exhaust valve filter/silencer with engine and pump running but on switching off engine heard a click then a hiss with loads of bubbling coming from exhaust valve filter/silencer.

Why repeat yourself, we have answered. Check exhaust again with a door open.

so new problem now over the weekend, has been running fine. Dropped down a bit overnight - start engine she tries to rise up with pump comming on for about 5 secs. So take yellow relay out jump connection and pump kicks in so after 4 - 5 mins she goes to correct height. Replace jump connection back to relay, pump kicks in as normal when needed with her keeping right height. So whats cause and answer so I don't have to do this every day, thanks

Have also swapped relay round but no diff as well

ok so hopefully getting their.
Found leak on rear left airbag - now replaced with new one.
Up she goes with pump coming on and off.
After short drive around goes into fault mode all 4 lights on, then short while later drops down to bump stop with the 35mph message on dash. so run easunlock program which shows again fr sensor incorrect. clear fault, run get sensor heights and front right is showing nearly double as to front left. Put her up, run get sensor heights again and this time left 166 right 77.
Right hand sensor has had a new one plus had to rewire all 3 wires from ecu to sensor as no reading was showing on any of the wires (this was done weeks ago). Am I correct in saying looking at wiring dia that I now need to swap wire 1 and 3 around ?

166 is totally out of range for anything other than extended height setting. So you have done something wrong. Below ranges at different heights. Any setting above max or below minimum at each height will cause a fault.

..................Front..............Rear
Extended....120-180........105-150
Standard......95-150..........85-130
Low.............75-140..........75-120
Access.........50-110..........50-100

Yes had put it into extended height mode for that reading

Then it's not that sensor that is duff is it? The sensor heights for each position MUST read between the high and low setting listed. Either that or your settings are all to cock. If a front sensor is lower than 120 at extended height you have a problem. You should not be able to write an out of range height high or low to the ECU or it will default to stored defaults. Suggest the other sensor is faulty.
