on-board computer on a l322

Hi and great site have found out a lot of what I need and also ideas of what I don’t

I have a very quick question , I have found threads about aftermarket radios and not being able to set the clock but cant see any thing regarding to the on board computer ( im sure there are some on here ) , I have a 2002 L322 that has a after market radio , its not wired up to the steering controls as it looks like who ever did it has cut and spliced the wires , but I cant set or change the on-board computer and was not sure if its because of the radio or a problem with something else. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

My guess is because the radio has been changed, as the onboard computer uses the original in dash screen for the display of some of the functions. Have you got a vogue or hse?

Without the original display or the MID unit from the HSE, you wont be able to set the clock.

Hi thanks that what i though , i have a Vogue , i guess it will have to be one of those things that dont work but i live with
