I have the same problem but I can't figure out what it is. Did you manage to suss it out in the end

Bit weird as we know it wont be blown but change the fuse and the relay if there not too expensive and check earthing

I think I might of killed my engine at the weekend so don't think I will have the problem for much longer. If it still dose it with the 200tdi in there then I will be changing all those bits. Cheers
