Oil leak

I had a similar leak on my TD5. Turns out it was the shaft connecting the boxes. It had to come out an new seals fitted for the shaft. I had it done at a dealers so got spanked a little

If you let us know precisely where the leak is coming from then we can tell you how to fix it. A photo would be fabulous.

It's most likely one of the output flanges on the transfer box (a job that can be done without major disassembly) or the bottom plate gasket/sealant (again easy job) though the input/output seals at the join between the boxes do sometimes go (as above) which requires removal of one or the other to fix. And the seal on the end of the intermediate shaft in the transfer box is also known for failing, again a bit more involved to repair.

I wouldn't put any 'stop leak' products in the gearboxes.

Not seen the pictures yet but I'm putting money on the tranny box output seals
