Oil leak at cylinder head

My old 1987 Defender 90 with a 200TDI engine has got oil leaking from the cylinder head right next to the injector nearest the radiator.

Any ideas

Gunk the engine first to make sure that it is coming from the cylinder head gasket and not creeping from somewhere else. Head gasket is an easy job to do should only take a few hours

When the engine is running I can see the oil bubbling out a few millimeters from where the injector goes into the head.

Head gasket and I would have it checked / skimmed before refitting, sounds like head has warped slightly

I have had a closer look in daylight and the oil is bubbling out around the injector. I've bought new washers so hopefully that will do the job.
