oil - confused ???

hello sorry to bring this up i have searched but cant find wat i read a while ago bwt oils as ther recommended changin it ???????

im after replacing my PAS oil in the manual it says use atf is this right and i have a 200tdi disco i have the rave and this says what i should use is this info still all correct ???
