Oh i love my disco

As some of you probable know my disco's been off the road for a few months for some welding Yer would you belaive it found some rust on a 300 :doh:, any way been using my old transit for towing . Last night had to pick up a fiesta from Kent, not far about 150 miles round trip, what a pleasure it was, no fighting the trailer like with the van, plenty of power up the hills even when the trailer got a wobble on over some lorry ruts the disco held it's ground and pulled it back in line with minimum fuss.
Did get a shock when a traffic cop pulled up beside me waving his finger at me mouthing ''SLOW DOWN'' ffs was only doing 65ish i slowed down he went on his way . And the best bit got back to workshop filled up with doosle 32.3 mpg average Yep i is deffinatly in love again :lvlove-020:

Think mine is doing around 26 at the moment

They do tow like there is nothing there though

Dunno normally it does about 35mpg since i took egr off, but i dont hammer it, i treat like me women give it a good hiding every now and then but generally treat it with much luvvin and tenderness

Was thinking of a different sort of hammering shaun if get my drift

Filled mine up last night and worked out an average of 24mpg and thats decatted and no egr I certainly dont rag mine about (rarely goes above 3k) but living 5 miles from work does mean lots of small trips

Fook that, you got big wheels on yours mine's running standerd wheels and still got the cat on might get a bit more when that comes off where do you park at work. Did you come down and pick up some oil samples today??

Got 16" modulars but MT tyres (standard size though)

I park in the car park above West Wing, normally the very top bit near the visteon building.

Grey top and glasses?? you walked right pased me blue fleese with PRINTBIG on the back
Ive seen your truck there but don't go to that car park often, only when picking/dropping a car off after having it in workshop.
