Off roading tag along :-)

Good evening guys

Just wondering if anyone in the south Derbyshire area I could tag along with next off roading will bring food goodies and beer money

Like to get to know the area ready for when I get my landie on the road

Think you will probably be told this should be in the green laning section of LZ, but we will see.

I am in about the same position as you, have done some farm off roading etc., but not done any of the normal stuff.

I am in Ashbourne, so if you don't find anyone to tag along with I will come along, but won't be much help either!

Hi James cheers for replying sorry taken me ages to reply

I've just got myself a garage for Lro to go in so am aiming for summer for it to be road worthy lol

Could organise a day to go adventuring and see if anyone wants to come along ?

As you are both newbies to Greenlaning you might be better keeping an eye on the Greenlaning section as people will often post when a greenlaning day out is planned. It will also help you learn the ropes, and perhaps more importantly, as you seem to have only one roadworthy vehicle between you at present, means you won't be out in the lanes as a singleton, with no one to help if/when you get stuck.

I am up for a day out at some point.

Probably wouldn't go as far as saying we have one roadworthy vehicle, mine is in for its MOT today...depending on how bad the chassis is it will either be taken off the road for now, or not

It passed its MOT quite easily which is amazing, I have just been advised to put some rust proofing stuff on the chassis.
