Odd noise on full lock

Just as i am working my way through the faults the car came with..3 amigos, sunroof, tailgate motor, fuel starvation....
I have a new prob, with the steering on or near full right lock there is a buzzing noise and what sounds like a relay clicking to the right of the steering column.

Have you sorted the three amigos yet? Does it sound like the ABS cutting in? Could be that the car thinks the front o/s wheel is locked up as it's turning the slowest of the four when on full right lock. Maybe a sensor is either dodgy or not pushed right in. Pure speculation without actually hearing it or knowing how you sorted the three lights.

No not sorted the 3 amigos yet, so i dont think the ABS would cut in.
the noise sounds like a ruler held on a table edge being flicked, it that makes sense?
plus the clutch has to be lifted to or near the bite to make the noise.

CV joint about to depart. Gets noisy but rarely breaks although they can.

Open it fully, clean the green moss and residue off the rubbers and the edge of the glass and re-close it.

Hi, just got my first land rover disco 1, same problem with my steering. If it is the cv joint, then how much of a job is it to do and will it be expensive?
