The saga continues ! The dreaded Wobble of Death struck again today despite all the chages made thus far. To recap, those changes are:

* All wheels balanced
* Wheels swapped from front to rear and vice versa of course
* New bushes
* New steering damper
* New Panhard rod
* Steering box adjusted to remove any hint of play

What next ?

There now seems to be a hint of a vibration at around 55 mph - vanishing again by 60 mph. Almost as if the wheels are out of balance - which, according to both Kwik Fit and Hi-Q, they aren't....

i had similar problems,in the end i took it to a 4x4 centre who have a state of the art wheel machine,2 wheels that kwik tit said ok were miles out and needed re balancing,the other 2 the tyre fitter marked the tyre with chalk using the tyre valve as a guide took the tyre of and rotated it 180deg then refitted and balanced it,not had a problem since they were done and that was a few good weeks ago now.
