O2 sensors - help please

Find a stockist of NGK/NTK components for the sensors,get the exact right ones from their catalogue.
As for the threads the easiest way out of that is to weld on new bosses,as here; Lambda Boss M12 Exhaust Oxygen Sensor Nut And Bolt Plug | eBay

Been through the NGK/NTK online catalogue & they don't have an option for models after 12/98. Mine is a 2001 model! Nothing straight forward...

OK, yours is Bosch,not Gems,in that case it was,(Not long ago anyway.) just as cheap to get them from LR,and the bosses will need to be 18mm,not 12mm. Your Bosch sensors will be 0-1v Zirconias,not the 5-0v Titanias that Gems had.

The vast majority are M18 X 1.5 threads and take an 22mm a/f spanner

The LR part # is MHK100940 and their retail is now £78.26 + Vat each. Island 4x4 do them for £33 something + Vat,but it does not say who made them.

Removed the exhaust section - bloody hell the nuts were tight including cross member.
Managed to knock out bits of old sensor and run a tap through...
Cleaned out quite nicely so didn't have to weld in new boss.
Fitted new sensors and put it back together, cleared faults etc.
Took it for a run and very encouraging. Last week I could only get 9.5 mpg, even down hill! Today I averaged 14mpg on a mixed run including hills so very pleased. It's hilly where we are so that's about as good as I can expect.
