Wheel nuts that is, for 15" steel wheels. My local Landy independent told me that I don't need different ones I can just use the ones from my alloys. Is that right or should I be using different ones?

yes you need different wheel nuts. i got my wheel nuts of ebay to fit the steel wheels and the are different to the alloy wheel nuts.

I bought from the above ebay seller----contact him he may have more (they were used items)

if the bevel on the end is the same on both types of nuts and the alloy's version are deep enough/long enough to allow them to tighten on the rim is the only change cosmetic? ie the alloy ones are capped on the outer end to make them pretty.

Oh and just a thought do the nuts differ depending on what style of alloy are fitted?
My 53 plate has 15 inch alloys but a steel spare and the nuts work with both types
