look at a 14" or 15" wheel, should give you some space. might be worth getting some raised rails on the seats to MUDSTUFF.CO.UK, MUD Seat Rails, Land Rover Defender Solutions: West Yorkshire

this will allow your seat to slide further back and hopefully give you more "breathing" space
