Numberplate Retention

Good morning Chaps & Wimmins,

Am trying to find out if it is possible to retain a number plate / vehicle registration...

Mother's car has quite a unique registration and we would like to keep it. It's not a cherished plate but I guess we are trying to turn it into one. Is this possible?

Use rivets instead of self tappers.

Mine stay on for yonks.
