P38A Number plate lights not working

Morning guys,

2000 2.5 DSE.

My number plate lights have both stopped working simultaneously,
Tried swapping for new bulbs but nothing. In work at the minute so got no tools other than a screwdriver! Does anyone know which fuse they run off so I can at least check that for now.

Should show you on the inside of the fuse box lid.

Don't think they have a seperate fuse,think they are connected to the side lights.Remove the trim off the top tailgate (with your screwdriver) and check the wiring.

Number plate lamps are powered direct from BECM. Red wire with blue tracer.

got them working, cleaned the connections at the becm end, the floor is wet under the carpet, guess I am looking at time to replace the o rings on the heater matrix?

Taste it, if it's sweet the it's anti-freeze and it's the o rings,If it's not then it could be the A/C drains or the pollen filter housing. If it's acidic then a cat has got in and p*ssed.
