not getting fuel

hi all im new got a 3.9 v8 discovery iv posted in the disco part just had mot yesterday picked it up after went to the shop got back to go home and dam thing wont start manage to get it home thanks to a m8 had a look and fuel rail had no fuel in it so taken fuel filter off tryed to start it see if and fuel comes out of pipe and nothing but fuel pupm ounds like its working now its driving me nuts as all iv done is around 3 miles since mot

This might sound stupid but is there any fuel in the tank?

yer m8 found out that the fuel pump as burnt out so now need a new one

is it gas converted?
keep a quater tank of petrol as when on gas the pump still goes

yer its gas converted too
