Non starting 03 td4

Hi all
Have an issue I have been through all the forums pages to check first
Here is my problem had flat battery so swapped for new one . Now won’t start turns over I removed the pipe from the top of the injectors no 1 injector looked like it had no fuel no 2 3 4 haves fuel at top of the injector where the pipes push on
I did the kink pipe turn ignition on and that’s how it was should there be fuel on no 1 injector and it also had bubbles when I plugged it all back in . Before the battery issue it started fine but of smoke on startup but nothing that didn’t clear in a couple of mins could it possibly LG be the injector is stuck open flooding the cylinder turns over fine and fuel is getting to the injectors

What's the bubbles around the spill port?
Can you hear the electric fuel pump/s running? There's one at the back, in the tank, and a second under the ECU environmental box, or just one under the rear RH wheel arch, depending on year.
If the fuel pumps aren't running, then try resetting the impact sensor, under the engine bay fuse box.

Tried resetting fuel cut off can hear pumps running the bubbles are at top of injector when I turned ignition on looks like few bits burned when the ptc burnt out

So you've had another electrical fault with the vehicle. Was this other electrical fault, which caused the engine to stop staring?

No it’s was fine before I changed the battery after the other went flat and wouldn’t charge now it turns over can hear pump running but doesn’t fire

Maybe in removing the battery some wiring has moved, shorting something out. Any chance of checking codes and live data?

I have a code reader will have a look see if I can figure it out
