Went to start my 3.9 V8 special and no joy. I had power to both sides of coil but no spark. Fuel is OK. I have been told to check airgap in dizzy. ( would this start and then refuse a day later) I have also been told to check the amplifier which on this model of engine is mounted on the coil bracket. How do I test this or is it just a case of replacing it and hoping for the best? Anything I may have missed?
