    Is it an auto?
What was it doing last time it was moved?
    Has it been towed?
    What is the dashboard saying?

If it's a TD6 the GM box has probably thrown it's hand in.

Any pools of liquid underneath or previous problems or recent work carried out?
Did it drive well enough before? ;)

Maybe it's trying to keep your neighbour alive? Corroded brake pipe picked up year after year , and nothing done. Someone needs to check brake pipes from front to rear to ensure it's not suffering from L322 murderous intentions. Then ask her if she now feels like moving :D

It is. The last letter has been given incorrectly. It's DVL not DVI

Brake pipe issue aside. Have you read diagnostics? What do they say?
