Noise when cornering.

Our 2004 TD4 has been making a grinding, banging noise from the back end when cornering. i have had in the local garage and he has changed the diff mounts but its no better. 18 months ago i had the propshaft mounts done, he says these are fine. What should i do? Should i take it back and let him have another go at it? Im a bit concerned he doesnt know whats causing it and is having a guess, which is costing me £££! Or should i find a specialist? Cheers, i look forward to the witty comments!

Oh and if anyone has any ideas what it could be..........!
