I own a P38 Range Rover manual Diesel 95 model. I had been struggling with a leaking injector pump and it removed for service and had put back in and after running the car a couple of weeks it started leaking again. This time around I took the pump out myself and took it in to sort the leak out and upon putting it back in started leaking while cranking the engine and so I took out the pump and sent it back in again. Upon getting it back put it back in and had a go at starting it and when the car started it has low idle and won't respond to any throttle action. Apologies for the mouth full but what's my problem.....apart from me causing it lol

When the top of the pump goes back on there is a bit of metal with a hole that needs to go over a peg. Miss the peg and you're going nowhere.
