My td4 as no power put your foot on accelerator and reàlly slow to boost till you reach 2000 revs which seems to take forever to get to.show it a hill and you struggle to go up it in first gear if its a steep one.

Sounds like a combination of factors.
Such as:
Split or worn vac pipes.
Clogged inlet manifold.
Sticking EGR valve.
Dirty air filter.
Clogged crankcase filter.
Split boost pipes.
Low fuel pressure.
How complete has the servicing been. If it's only had oil changes and little else, then it's clogged up with goop that needs cleaning out. The vac and boost pipes are always subject to damage from chaffing on engine components. This will also seriously affect performance.

I once had one of my boost pipes pop off, had no boost and took ages to get up to speed, would be a similar thing if one has split, so worth checking

Thanks for help no split pipes cleaned egr New air filter next on list is crankcase filter and vac boost pipes replacing let you know how it goes

Any idea best way to clean it
I got to use an engine parts washer at work which was handy, but soaking it overnight with some cleaning fluid (i think people have used mr muscle...) would do the trick. As it's off it would be worth doing the cylinder head ports too, scrape it out with a screwdriver (try not to let too much fall in) and clean up with wd40
