Just a thought is the cam sensor going dodgy when warm, that's if the ecu still needs it when running I know its used when first started to trigger the ecu for injector timing.

After spending 3 hours at Farnells in Guiseley , and another £86.00, I think we have the solution.
It's a thing I looked at in the early days, as it was mentioned in Rover Rons info, but as 'The specialists' :lol: all singing all dancing test computer kept coming up with injector driver error, it completely threw us all off the scent and had us chasing red herrings, so we failed to follow through on it (a costly mistake).
So. according to Farnells, IT'S THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL REGULATOR ON THE BOSCH CP1 PUMP Part No 0 281 002 480, retailing at between £127.00 and £180.00 depending on where you look. So lovely people, has anyone got a good second hand one that your willing to flog me? ( only a genuine Bosch one please, and at a knock down price as I'm bloody well near skint. :Cry:
