L322 No power at all

I have a 2007 range rover sport 3.6 tdv8.
I have no power at all.
I have had it to a friends garage and plugged in and it says these 3 codes.
P023D-22
P010c_21
P010F-62
P065E-00
I have blanked egrs off also checked turbo actuators with they are free as had recent new turbos on.
I have smoked tested it it for the intake and no cracks found.
I am at a loss dont no were to start i have only owned the car 2 weeks.
Can anyone help me with this

Maybe a hair line crack in a tube that opens under pressure, maybe that's why the smoke detection test can't show up?
Physical examination time!!

I have checked the intercooler pipes on top of engine thay go to the throttle bodies they look fine i seen a video and on mine the passenger side intercooler hose doesnt blow but the drivers side hose does. It looks like its somethinf wronf in the passenger side juat carnt pin point it

So, turbos fitted before you purchased? Someone chasing a problem?

Its looks that way as no reciept for turbos but they look brand new and when i checked the actuator rod moved very very easy.
I think its a leak of some sort coming from passenger side juat with turbo no blowing through pipe on intercooler will put on ramps soon and see if the bottom pipe is lose or something
