No morning glory for my p38 EAS

The EAS has started playing up on my P38. Compresser seems to be pumping ok.
First thing in the morning it takes ages to pump up, but when up it works fine. No error messages on the dash display.
Could it be the valve block?
I have seen rebuild kits on ebay to replace the valves. Has anyone done this?

Been out playing with the car again. Started it up. Suspaension did't go up.
So I took the cover of the EAS. Tapped the valves, and the suspension went up.
I have checked for any loose conections on the wireing and hoses, all looks ok.
Any surgestions?

weird. Must be SOMETHING loose somewhere.
