well after 3 years of relitively trouble free motoring the freelander has been sold and is winging it's way to poland!.will i miss her?
NO.
so with a hand full of cash i'm off to buy a discovery tdi and do some proper off roading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
 
typical!!! last week before i sold the freelander there was a good few decent looking disco's in the autotrader that i could afford.
guess what ,now i have the cash in my hand!
fook all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And there is bound to be a lot of rust. I went to look at another Defender the other day, it was a turd but that's another story and as I was disapointedly leaving there was a nice tidy 52 disco that I had a little look over. I noticed a pin hole on the rear wheel arch and when I scratched it with my nail my thumb went straight through.
We left in a hurry. :D
 
i've had 3 discos before the freelander so i know what to expect and what to look for. just can't help myself really,i love em:)

finally found a decent disco. got p reg mettalic red 300tdi s with only 70k on the clock and it's not rotton!. cost 1500 quid, i'm off to the discovery forum see ya;)
