No Horn or Cruise Control

Hi Folks!,
well, changed the steering box today, P38 DSE, no ignition turned on during the job (Wot a Job too) but....
Airbag Fault and no horn or cruise control??? All I think related to electrics under (?) or by the steering wheel, but it wasn't taken off??
Any ideas or fixes, obviously horn is a legal requirement but cruise control is very handy with my trailer on long runs, as for airbags... no no, I'd rather not have them at all.
Any help would be appreciated greatly as I'm embarking a longish haul this next coming weekend with my exhibition trailer?

sounds like rotary connector between steering wheel and column. download a copy of RAVE

that makes sense a bit, I used to run 'Cherry Picker' that all electrics worked through 360 degrees, same thing I reckon??
Does, 'Rave' have a help section then? I THINK, somewhere I have the disc?
