Is there a way to check the fan motor without taking out the dash?
No heater blower...very cold

on the u.s. version range rover the heater assembly the blower motor is on the left side
it has a long electric connector with a five pronged plug...the bottom 2 prongs a black and a red wire go to the blower motor..it has a connector by the firewall behind the condensor fan...i have removed the large pad in the dash to gain access to the plug...but it is a pain
i also had to stick my arm through the defrost vent next to the pad and under the dash...to unplug the connector... again im nuts...but stuborn.. get to this point...and you can check your blower motor...and hook up a switch till summer....im sure there is someone out there with a much better suggestion.....and here are a few pics ..hope it helps....

I'm in Colorado. I've only looked at it when it comes up on a google search. Never joined or posted there.
It's hard to beat this place. It's, um, different.

A quick look at RAVE seems to suggest the the BECM is not involved, the blower fans are driven direct from the HEVAC.
