Right I've established communication and replaced the RL height sensor. But now as soon as the eas unlock software is stopped the system immediately returnes SLOW: 35MPH and the system is again locked.

Eas unlock is reporting no errors and all ride height settings are different.

Any ideas?

Well it looks like the new sensor needs adjustment. So what is the correct disconnect procedure for eas unlock?

Many thanks in advance.
Stop the software, turn the ignition off, unplug the cable, turn the ignition back on and there should be no message.
You don't adjust one sensor, you calibrate the heights for all 4 corners, adjusting one corner affects all the others.
You could try reading the EAS instructions at www.rswsolutions .com

Thanks for the advice. All sorted now. All I'm going to do now is to add manual valves inline so Incan blow the system up if it fails again. :)

Not a good idea, just more places to leak. Keep a set of manual valves with in line connectors and pop the pipes out of the valve block to fit them if you have to. In 4 years I have never had a problem that has needed the valves even though I carry them and a 12 volt compressor,
