Newby looking for help

Hello everyone. If possible I would like some help with genuine land rover part number 269911 piston liner assy. (Please see picture of label attached).Manufactured by the British piston ring company in Coventry. I cannot find anything on it on the Internet, I believe this is an old part (Over 40 years old) and the part number may have changed over the years. Does anyone have any information on this they could share or could anyone point me in the right direction please?

Have a look in the series section - I know for sure that it isn't a part for a Discovery 2 TD5!
