Fit the facelift front (bumpers, headlights etc.) from a 2004-2006 model.
Plenty of info on here about this.
firstly though, change your crankcase breather filter/valve assy & do a full service. Also start using Millers powersport 4 diesel additive at double dose to keep your injector system clean. Check your VCU operation using the tippex test. All info can be found here through the search facility. #

Good luck.

Chrom' you recommend Millers in most posts.... wouldnt it be cheaper to spend a bit more on the BP/Shell additive-added fuel rather than put Millers in every full tank?? Whats the difference between them?

Side steps and light guards seem to have quite an effect.....;)

I don't know how good the BP/Shell fuel is as my nearest main station is Esso, but the £10 bottle of Millers will last around 3000 miles & also as well as cleaning the injectors has a Cetane booster which does improve the quality of the diesel, a bit like an Octane booster does for petrol engines. It's not just me who recommends it, but also Roverron on his website.
