Hello everybody.

I have just become the proud owner of a 2003 Freelander 1.8. Unfortunately after only 5 days of ownership the water pump failed. I replaced this yesterday and all appears well........Fingers crossed. I look forward to using this forum as a great sorce of information.

unfortunately the 1.8 gaylander is probably the worst model you could have chose,good luck wiv it tho

Learn how to use the :search: facility, look in the general Q's and A's section and the stickies in the gaylander forum and yu wont go far wrong.

Yes i did get curling tongs, They are very nice. I knew long before i brought the damn thing that they were crap, but my instincts failed me and i brought it anyway.

you can keep it going well cheap.there a piece o **** ta fix...

you could go all out and cut the fook outta it .fit a 200tdi for a laff..

or ensure it has the remote thermostat and is fitted with an EWP that runs after injun shutdown .
