Hi everyone.
First time owner of a landrover Freelander 1 2.0 TD4 (2000). needed a good family car to replace my 08 Ibiza mk4 1.2 3Door and went for a freelander 1. has a considerable number of miles but was in a good condition considoring the age and miles.
1 month in and had a full service done and a new COSTLY job (clutch, flywheel) replaced punctured intercooler hose pipe, vacuum pipes, disconnected EGR (blanking kit ordered ant on the way) and now have problem which I hope I can fix with help from members around here. Have browsed the forum and looks full of members willing to help.
Problem is, after some time on the road probably when pushing it on 4th or 5th gear it looses power but turning it of and on again fixes it. No lights on dash but haven't scanned for codes yet as I have to find someone with a code reader. Turbo works OK before loosing power. have cleaned the MAF sensor still no inprovement.
