I've been lurking about in here for a month or so gleaning as much info as possible as I felt the urge to get a Disco.
Thanks for all the info on the various posts. They were a great help.
I decided on a 1998 300 tdi and I found one yesterday which wasn't too badly affected with tin worn. That said, I'll need to spend the next couple of weekends in the pit with a wire brush and some underseal to stop it getting any worse!
