Newbie needs help

Hi I am Chris and would be grateful for any advice . usual Problem K series Engine Head gasket New engine/ Cat fitted Loads of Money failing Mot on emissions test Diagnostics saying engine Not in sync really need some help here

Painful, isn't it? Especially once it's no longer on extended warranty...

I suggest that you ask (in more detail) in the Freelander section, where you're more likely to get somewhere.

(Some of the forum regulars are not very sympathetic towards this section of the LR community who have been let down so badly by LR...)

I subscribe to the maxim "don't bite the newbies" (everyone was a newbie once...) so if I'm going to get flack from you lot for tryin' to be helpful I guess I'll just have to put up with it.

If the newbie is also a Freelander owner, that's a double-whammy...
And if a dead Freelander, a triple-whammy -- the poor s*d needs serious help!

maybe coz peeps dont ask before they buy - only after they get problems?
