newbie needing help

Hi there lovely land rover lovers, looking for a little help and hoping someone on here might be able to help me, i am trying to fix my flatmates freelander for him,

it is his back(4 door) right hand side electric window, seems to have come off its hinges and makes a worrying grinding noise when the up/down switch is pressed, i tried taking the door card off,popped out the plastic rivets but there is usually a bolt in the middle of the door card (on other cars i have worked on) which needs undoing but i couldnt find it, decided i would consult the god that is the internet before going any further, any help would be much appreciated, many thanks , loz

a bit more to the story, i got the door card off and released the electric window motor (thanks for the help jp) the 2 spring loaded plastic holders holding the electric window wire in place had come off so i put them back in there correct place and thought ..promblem solved.. on further inspection , there seemed to be a plastic holder (not one of the 2 spring loaded ones they were back in place) jammed in the sill at the bottom of the window were it is pulled up and down by the wires, it looked jammed but i couldnt figure out whether it was part of the window sill for pulling it up and down or not meant to be there? any help becuase it is now beyond my knowledge or is it off to the garage?, cheers now, loz
