newbie needing advise

Iam looking to buy a discovery for around £3000 ish, Ive seen a few 300 tdi`s that i like, one has a/c all have a round 130k on them, Is there anything i need to look out for, as i dont know much about these motors, Many thanks, Great forum!

find someone who knows about landys, and take em with you to check em over. well worth a few beer vouchers.

you need to check the 4 wheel drive system works ok. diff lock etc...
as well as all the normal things you check with any SH car.

a one owner with full service history is obviously a better bet than the others.
