newbie in a disco

im new to this site an all this off roading, i bought a m reg discovery today so ill prob be asking alot of questions its got all the bits on it apart from a winch but its got a winch bumper, the fella also gave me a polly bush set for it an i havent got a clue how to fit them any advice would be welcome

Hi and welcome to the loony zone. Best way to fit the poly bushes is to get someone who knows what he's doing to give you an hand.
