newbie having a bit of trouble wish his disco 1.5

hi all my names shaun im from leeds and im a welder (make s/s steel exhausts hear in leeds,im guessing you thinking whats a disco 1.5 well its what i like to call mine when i bought it,it was a completley origanal 3dr 200tdi then i got my angle grinder out its now got disco 2 facelift front lights and disco 2 upper rear lights,the other week my cambelt went,(oil in the timing chest) ive replaced the crank and cam sheft seals new belt ,headgasket ,new vave stem oil sealsect ect i jet washed the head while it was off,its pretty much back together head on timing cover on ,i havent bothered putting the water pump alternater on ectect,went to fire her up its firing but not starting ,what is this likley to be fuel pump timing out(this was double evan trebal checked)and turned over by hand 4 times,air in the feul system,or could it be me being lazy and not re-setting the gaps on between the rockers and valves after changing the push rods ta shaun
