Hi all , I'm matt 33 from Swindon. Put a deposit today on a 2004 d2 .

My intentions is every day vehicle and Green lanes etc , dont want to attend play days with daily vehicle . Been a country lad most my life do country and hill walking .

Only decided to buy one due to my other hobbies Im finding i am going more tracks and byways .

I lived around here all my life so know area well , yes alot of byways . Near hungerford is a village called inkpen and famous for combe gibbet a hanging post . But diversing the byway starts near marlborough and goes for miles not from Wiltshire into berkshire and into Surrey.

I been thinking what's the biggest tyres (all terrains) I can go for without fouling arches or bodywork. Dont really want to do a lift . Known a few dobe lifts and after various parts failed... Uj's radius arms and other bushes , been also told the ride can go to pot so as a daily driver dont want to make too much worse .
