If you are in any way concerned about cost i'd suggest you forget about getting a land rover and invest in a bicycle.

1985 chassis, hard-top, with a 200tdi, suspension lift, BFG tyres, roof lamps and some other mods. And no clue what most of that means! Fun fun fun.
Please can someone recommend a good Landy-friendly mechanic in north hampshire. Not sure I wanna take it to a town mech, but gotta take it somewhere coz I'm currently clueless on the mechanical side. Will learn slowly. Any advice you guys?
