New tyres and wheels

put these on the other day and tidyed up a few other things
painted the light surounds and grill matt black and painted rear cross member matt black too

very nice!! wish my rear cross member looked in tht gd condition

Nice wheels and tires. Also like the clean vehicle, nice and original look.

hopfully when i restory mine it will look just as good im going to try get my hands on a set of the same wheels

i got the wheels for next to nothing and got them sand blasted and re painted they turned out good

all it needs now is some mud

and a scratch or dent hear and there

Tidy truck, nice one. My pref is for a hint of mud and I like the "bling bling" effect that a few stickers bring...does tend to remove the originality tho

i just used aerosol tins as i had no rust and just wanted to freshen up the rear corss member, wurth would probably be the best brand to get , but if your painting a cross member that you welded or had been bad with rust this wouldn't be suitable

truck?....all i can see is a defender 90...no scanias in sight

yep km2 235/85 ,

yep mostly got on discos and mine came off a disco too , their called Landrover free style alloys

good stuff , make sure and give them a dam good cleaning with thinners and spray them in a warm place

will do, did you sand them down at all to give a good surface for spraying or is there no need?
