Hey Troops

just thought I would show my new toy, been waiting a very long time (4 years in total) for another since my last one got wrote off by a Rav4.

Was lucky really as this one turned up on my door 1.7 miles away so walked over, and for £650 with MOT till march I can't complain..

Got lots of things i want to do, and sure they will soon follow.
The previous owner snapped the key in the lock so I had to replace that, easy enough with 2 multi plugs and 2 bolts. And before you say owt, i still have the half snapped key as it opens the passenger door, then lean over to unlock the rest of the car(looks doggy in a car park!!)

Free'd up the rear door lock with some white grease, still working beautifully!

anyway more to follow:D

just had a quick look at the boot, it doesn't have sunroof's which is nice as i don't get an extra shower in the morning. but the foam is still a little damp, so that will be coming out soon so i can have a propa looksie

Once you get the foam out and dried can I suggest what I did to my Disco1.
I reckoned the foam got wet through condensation forming where the inspection hatch to the tank sits. Cured that by putting a complete newspaper over the hatch which would absorb the damp. Had my
Disco for 5 years after I started this idea and a completely dry floor and foam cover.
Worth a try.

I removed mine to stop it soaking up any more. You may have to prepare yourself for the rot hole in the boot causing the wet foam
